Oct 11,2024Paint came damaged. Paint spilt in box and lid open. Zachary in sales thinks it appropriate to send me an empty tin as a goodwill gesture!! Bad selling. Unimpressed. To your reply! I have emailed m kiety he’s ignored my emails. I have emailed Ben Pickford the ceo. He’s ignored my emails. I have emailed the email in your reply…. You have ignored my email. In all your company is profoundly Unprofessional. You sent damaged paint!! You should ensure your customers are happy. Not send ignorant emails ie Zachary. And ignore complaints made to you. Absolute disgrace!

Oct 08,2024I was very impressed with Rawlins after I had spoken with Zack as I had received an email saying my order had been cancelled. He explained several people had received the same email but there had been a glitch in the system and to ignore the email. When my varnish arrived it was quick and easy to apply. It isn’t thick and sticky like some of the oil-based varnish products available. I like to apply it using a foam roller on any flat areas, then lay it off with a brush. The quick drying time helped. Overall I’m am very pleased with my purchase from Rawlins.
