Aug 18,2024This is the second time I have used Rawlins paints & on both occasions I have been more than satisfied with the products that I have purchased. The heat resisting paint I used on both my car Exhaust & the intercooler have performed impressively & I would have no hesitation using them again & recommending them!!!!!!!!

Aug 16,2024The ordering process was great such a wide choice of Solignum architectural paints. However there was long delay in getting one of the colour tins I ordered. Had to ring customer services to chase it , to be advised it was being delivered but never arrived and then to be told the base tint wasn't in stock Finally delivered but this delayed my project by two months.

Aug 16,2024The delivery of the item purchased and its efficiency in use were very good. Unfortunately the installation instructions were very difficult to follow especially as those on the website were slightly different to those that came with the product. Also neither gave instructions for all the possible positions that the the purchase could be fitted to the bottom of the door. This made fitting it quite confusing.

Aug 15,2024I wanted to return the unopened pot of paint and phoned to ask how this could be done. The lady I spoke to said she would send a return link to my email address but this did not ever arrive. Also, the postage was £11.94, so the return postage might be similar and yet, the pot of paint cost £17.26 (excluding VAT) .... I'd lose far too much money returning the paint. So I'm now stuck with an unopened pot of paint I really regret buying because it is no longer wanted. I'll stick to purchasing things from Amazon or companies which offer free delivery from now on. 3-9-2024 Update - Nick the Technical Manager from Rawlins has contacted me and this matter has been resolved perfectly to my satisfaction and considering this excellent customer service, I would indeed trust Rawlins and recommend them. Therefore, changing my star rating to 5 stars.
