May 04,2023Ronnie has worked with myself and support how we take payments at our Salon for over 2 years . I can honestly say the customer service is second-to-none and would highly reccomend to any business that is looking for a transparent, friendly l, reliable and competitive solution. We have multiple calls and walk ins from representatives from many other suppliers claiming that they can beat pricing and service. I have considered one or two in the past , however, non them come close to the great service I get and the trust I have personally in Ronnie.

Shame the build in system is very basic when compared to what you get with a standard SumUp reader so it's a trade you gotta take. Definitely worth recommending if you have advanced EPOS system or planning to get one anyway or don't mind having to calculate transactions before putting the total amount the reader.

Jun 02,2022I signed up with Ronnie from RD7 for a Dojo card machine for my shop. The service from Dojo and RD7 is nothing short of excellent. I am very pleased with the entire sign up experience, as I had been trying to get a card machine contract sorted out with another company which took 3 weeks and we still got nowhere. Ronnie competed my Dojo application within 10 minutes and my application was approved within 15 minutes. Ronnie came to my shop to set up the machine today and we are already using it. I will be referring Ronnie to other businesses as I have confidence in him and his delivery on his promise and the Dojo machine and entire system is an easy to use and excellent product.
