i waited over 2 months for something to be done. finally i asked for a prtial refund and told you you could keep my books, sell them and keep all the money. i was promised a return call that never happened. you are supposedlya christian organizationand have not acted as a christian should. call me. rev. gordon jones 951-929-9089

You obviously care about your authors and are very patient with me. The whole marketing field is new and hard to understand. Thank you for acting in my best interest. I wish a had the funds to pay for all you offered to do. I barely even understand it.

From the introduction through Eric through all of the staff, especially Raquel, the responsiveness was always efficient and professional. I am grateful to be invited into their sphere of nothing but goodness. Their mission of helping independent authors is priceless as authors spin yarns of various traumas to be overcome for the healing of mankind. Raquel at Reading Glass Books is deliberately OFFENSIVE. I have a fancy Stanford PhD but she persists in calling me "Ms" - even though I have told her and her colleagues repeatedly dozens and dozens of time to NOT address me as "Ms" and to address me as "Doc" - which I EARNED. That is ignored and they persist in offending me while TAKING NEARLY $6000K from me - AVOID THIS LOW CLASS "OUTFIT" A bookstore promoting my book needs to be more aware of EARNED DEGREES and NUMEROUS PUBLISHED BOOKS - and to NOT offend while claiming to promote. It is totally improper to address me as "Ms. Beverly" Duh????? My name is "Docpotter". -DOCPOTTER

I had a publishing issues with With one of my publishers. I searched for a publishing company to help me out. And luckily I found Ella Turner or should I say she found me? After telling Ella about my bad experience with that publishing company, she told me that she was there to help me out. I can honestly say that I'm very happy now with the out come of her work. My book has been republished just the way that I wanted it to be.. thank you Ella Turner and thanks to your team for the great outstanding work! Pedro Leon.. El Leon.

I gave it a 4 because of my own inexperience in working with today's technology. It's no fault of theirs. Because of that, I was unable to open the pdf to view the finished product of the poster changes to give a rating. It may have been beautiful but I can't judge something I haven't seen. Otherwise, I am thrilled my books are on a lovely display in the bookstore and that my consultant contacted as soon as possible about it.

The company set up a very attractive display in their store to promote my books. It was neatly arranged and the entire book store was attractive, clean and well organized.

I worked with Ashley Bullington. She had previously worked with my husband and seemed to think that somehow (osmosis?) I knew everything she had discussed with him. Nearly every time I asked a question her reply started with "as I discussed with Lem". He died in December. I have no way of knowing what they discussed. This entire transaction was an exercise in frustration.
