Aug 26,2024Charged us £250 to process a furtherAdvance , which was subsequently declined at full application stage due to slightly lower than anticipated valuation - then advised we maybe look at an IVA! Might I suggest that you consider only charging customers on successful completion, rather than kick people when they’re down.
