Our team of instructors all come from an emergency services background and between them, they have over 300 years of operational experience in their respective fields from the Fire & Rescue Service, Specialist Rope Rescue Units, North West Ambulance Service, USAR Teams and Mountain Rescue.
We currently work with large companies such as IKEA, Leonardo and DHL training candidates for Work at Height and Pallet Recovery and Rescue at their large distribution centres across the UK.
We also work with United Utilities, Sapphire Utilities, Senator Group, Westinghouse (Springfields Ltd) and Sellafield Ltd. training candidates in Low, Medium and High Risk Confined Space Training & Confined Space Supervisor.
We specialise in Rescue Team training and provide this for companies such as Mitie, Sellafield, Westinghouse, BAE and Manchester Airport for their on-site Fire & Rescue Services.

Sep 15,2020From day 1 it was clear that the team at REAX knew what they were doing. The material and instruction is delivered by professionals in their field. They have had to implement in real life situations that they are asking you to do in practice. As a result the experience is both knowledgeable and realistic. Good, clean facilities with excellent equipment and resources. Will never forget FHEAD or its importance in my day to day role. Thank you all.

Aug 19,2020I recently attended a Rescue Skills Awareness course at REAX and can highly recommend them. The instructors are very knowledgeable and have actual field experience in the emergency services which helps with the training. The equipment was great to use and the practical training area was perfect for the rescue training requirements in my field.

Jul 18,2020Took my MRCS course today with Andy and was assessed by Les. Andy was 100% perfect in all aspects of his delivery ranging from knowledge to real life situations which he has been a part of and that really helps you to stay engaged throughout. Andy spoke clearly and in an easy to understand manner and that made the course better as it was delivered by a human and not a scripted robot. Les our assessor was also fantastic and really understands the affects of the test/course environment can have on students and has a great eye for knowing if you actually know the relevent information even if you can't convey it successfully. As for the facilities... TOP DRAW the best facility for training I have ever been and that's by a country mile... Meticulously clean, more than enough equipment I imagine there would still be spare equipment even if they were at full capacity the place is a credit the team. As an addition to the review I want to add that what the guys must of been busy with the adapting of the courses and facilities to cater for COVID-19 and the obvious issues that present when trying to carry out group exercises etc.. Temps and O2 levels taken on arrival for the duration of the days present Signing of informational disclaimer form on arrivals Hand sanitizer stations everywhere and more (all full) Wipes provided Gloves Stay with equipment for your duration there To much to keep listing. A**** All round. Thank you for a brilliant couple of days and great course.

Sep 23,2019Excellent course. Excellent instructor Sue McGrath who uses her life experiences as a paramedic to keep you interested and help understand things easier. Venue is very clean, tidy and welcoming and has good brewing up facilities. Meals provided are also excellent. Other courses available all taught by Ex emergency services so have years of knowledge and experience. Definitely recommend here for any of your courses.
