Our charge-out rates to our clients are very fair and we also do NOT charge administration or payroll fees to our workers to process their payroll. We do not believe in being unfair in charging workers fees just for them to get their own hard-earned money. A happy worker means better quality work!

We offer a temp-to-perm service at competitive rates if your business requests to permanently take on a worker after 12 weeks of temp work.
As an ethical company, we do not charge our workers any payroll fees and to provide in-house payroll services.

He was sympathetic and understood when I became ill due to an ongoing medical condition of which I am waiting for an operation. Charlie never made me feel like I was taking off too much time and was always considerate and sympathetic unlike other agencies I had previously been working with. I highly recommend recruit easy Newton abbot and have enjoyed working for Charlie for the past 5 to 6 months. Charlie has given me the confidence to go back into my career of nursing. Always have a friendly and helpful response from whoever I speak with , and built up a very good relationship with Ash over the past couple of years since using recruiteasy on the large construction site I currently manage the groundworks for . Would definitely recommend.

Any time I need labour of men for my site it is dealt with very efficient and effective by Ash such a pleasant and nice man to work with. He goes above and beyond to make it happen and to look after my sites in the right manner. And have to say autumn is lovely as well she works hard to help when Ash is not available. Jun 15,2023We have used Recruit Easy for several years to supply construction workers for our development projects. The standard of workers is very good across the board. We have been impressed in particular with one site carpenter who is without doubt the best we have ever employed. But what really pushes Recruit Easy above other agencies is their communication. Ash and Amber are always a pleasure to deal with; highly professional and always easy to get hold of. Any kind of problem such as the occasional no-show etc. is always set right with the minimum of fuss. Thank you Recruit Easy - we look forward to working with you for many years to come!

Like the fact they do everything in house payroll etc. Always paid on time if not early. Working with Charlie and the team has lead to a permanent job. Thanks to all the team. Apr 30,2023Fantastic agency to work for. I’ve worked for some of the bigger agency’s with in Devon and Somerset and these guys are head a shoulders above them. You get a call every week to check in and see if you need time sheets. My pay was always accurate and on time even early. Any queries were answered in very quick time. Everyone was polite and helpful on the phone and nothing was to much trouble. Pay rates are on par with the industry and very competitive. Best of all they Do Not use umbrella companies at all. So In short if I come unstuck In my new job these guys will be the first I call.

My wages were always paid on time even when the people I was working for delayed sending my timesheet over they were willing to wait so I got paid on time. Weekly calls from Charlie who wanted to make sure everything was going ok. I look forward to working for them again in the future.
