Sep 21,2023Highly impressed with Bhav at ReDefi with renewing my fixed rate mortgage. Managed to get an impressive deal as rates were increasing. Found ReDefi as an alternative to my original mortgage broker who was less than impressive. Bhav was able to answer any question I threw his way as well explain the ins and outs of different types of mortgage. Also worked to try and get a better Income Protection policy, however my existing one agreed to reduce costs and therefore I didn't need. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future. Very impressed.

I have a number of Buy 2 Let Properties and in the current economic climate it was especially good to receive help and advice to Re-mortgage some of the properties at reasonable rates. May 30,2023I had been trying to remortgage for a while, and despite having substantial equity in my property, most lenders had let me down or turned me away due to the current climate. Bhav contacted me through Unbiased, and I was at ease with him right away. He considered my situation and reassured me there was a way to consolidate on some debts and I was initially sceptical - given that nobody had been able to provide me with the solution I had wanted. He got back to me in less than 24 hours with a very viable solution and right from then on through the entire process of remortgaging, he has been calm, informative, super-responsive and patient, guiding me through the most minute of details, which made the whole thing as stress and hassle free as possible. His service and patience is second to none and I have already recommended him to friends and family as he is hands down one of the best financial advisers I have dealt with for as long as I can remember.
