I bought a laptop 3 years ago and another last week. i love refurbees. First - they actually answer phone calls and do it happily! Second - they have a great technical staff. They are competent, courteous and patient. Their service is excellent. While my first computer was under warranty, a memory stick failed. The replaced it immediately. Just recently, I spilled hot tea on it. It wouldn't turn on. I brought it in and even though it was no longer under warranty they diagnosed the problem and they repaired in under 45 minutes for minimal cost! My new computer was ordered on a Thursday and I got it on Saturday! It looks brand new.

These people are an absolute horror. I ordered a laptop from Micro Center. It was shipped directly to me from RefurBees. It wouldn't even boot. I sent it back. THEY SENT THE SAME MALFUNCTIONING LAPTOP TO ME!!!! I AM TWO WEEKS INTO AN ONLINE CLASS AND STILL DON'T HAVE A FUNCTIONING LAPTOP!!!!!!!

Perhaps I will write a review about this glorious company. A month ago, I bought a Refurbished Laptops Fujitsu Siemens. Everything hangs in it, the screws are not screwed to the end. In general, a so-so purchase. I did not suffer and bought another.

In June of this year I purchased a Dell desktop computer along with a 1 year warranty. From the first day it was set up it’s had several problems. After many phone calls we were told we could ship it back for repair at our expense. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue; however, with it not working properly since day one I feel the least they could do is waive the return shipping fee. The email I received states they will “replace” the desktop but in speaking with customer service I was told “they have to word it that way” using “replace” and that it will actually be “repaired”, not replaced. The email also contradicts itself because at the top of the email it says “free shipping” and in the body of the email it’s worded as “ship at your expense”. The answer given repeatedly is, “that’s the policy”. Yes, I understand it’s the policy but what has had happened to good customer service? The email I received also says, “Do not hesitate to email or call us. We’re always happy to help!” Well I have called and just get the repeat speech about the return policy. I was recommended to this company by a long time customer but after such poor customer service over shipping something that was broke when received and all the trouble that’s accompanied it, there’s now a new customer and a repeat customer who will not be purchasing from this company again.

I purchased a Dell desktop and within 8 months it was completely fried no power, no motherboard, no hard drive. They would let me ship it back at my expense for the price of the computer to ‘rebuild’ the whole thing for me. They would not ‘own’ that they sold me a piece of junk. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Their website is absolutely horrible. I believe that it is deliberate as they try to not give the discount and if you are not on top of it you will get stuffed and pay too much. I don't like it. It can only be such a poor system on purpose.

Professional company. We purchased a laptop from them. I am sure we had the odd circumstance, but we had an issue with it. We returned our computer in the 30 day window and received a refund. I give them 4 stars because you can shop with confidence, that if you have the unusual experience of a problem, they'll make it right.

The best thing I can say is that they will be on the top of my shopping list the next time I need another refurbished computer. You specify they condition - [Grade A, B, or C] and the specs you want - [RAM, SSD/HDD] and put it together with the laptop or desktop you want, and select your product. And when my system developed a HDD fault, they took it back and returned it back to me in short order. Very pleased with their after sales support.
