Jul 13,2023The biggest thing about the hamper was the bow. The pictures are misleading - it was bought for us as a luxury hamper for team thankyou but frankly it was embarrassingly small! And there were items missing. No Linder chocolates in sight despite them clearly being shown on the picture. Nicely presented but tiny - Very very disappointing.

Jun 30,2023We ordered a £100 Hamper as a Thankyou for some friends and thought it would be the 'bees knees' but were disappointed when it arrived with 4 items missing They should have contacted us before dispatch but my wife had to call and hold and call and hold and email and chase. 3 days later they offered a £20 refund which we accepted but we had to do all the running around. Not that impressed

Jun 15,2023I have never ordered from regency before I was struggling to get a hamper which would be delivered the next day with no extra cost. Regency had the best baby girl hampers and I ordered it and it arrived next day. So yes super happy with the quality of the hamper the price and the quick service I definitely recommend regency hampers.

Jun 15,2023I think the biggest opportunity for them is that they should send a confirmation email to the sender letting them know the package arrived as intended. I ordered the hamper from the states but had to assume that it actually arrived at the destination address i provided in Scotland, without fully knowing.

Jun 13,2023I purchased the Chatterton hamper as a 75th birthday present for a friend of many years. There was a good range from which to choose. I ordered by telephone and received pleasant and efficient attention. Delivery was spot on. Most importantly, my friend was delighted with the hamper. It was beautifully wrapped (first impressions count) and the contents well presented and of high quality. She was over the moon with it and I was similarly over the moon with that. Thank you.

Jun 11,2023Hamper never arrived despite paying for specific day delivery. Very disappointing experience and now we have no gift to give at a significant family celebration tomorrow. It is too late at night to get anything from elsewhere either. Appalling service. Don’t use if you don’t want to be disappointed.
