I'm not able to properly configure the domain I bought from this website. As a result, I'm not using the personalized emails for my company because my email provider cannot verify the domain. I've tried contacting you by phone and mail and it just has been impossible

I could give you the maximum rating but you have failed in the most important thing these days. The service is not immediate and automatic. With existing technology, these processes should be swift and automatic without the need for someone to validate, give the okay, intervene. It slows down the process. Today we want efficiency, other operators are already doing it. Just my point of view.

Esta malta é mesmo boa. Tenho que lidar com muitos "registars" de muitos domínios, portugueses, americanos e eles. E são (de longe) os que respondem mais rápido e mais efectivos! Não mudem!
Domain delegation to our DNS servers took more than 48 hours, I opened a ticket and it was quickly resolved.
Customer has to open a ticket in a tool associated with technical support requests to send a payment confirmation and, if the ticket is not opened even with payment made, the service is cancelled. This procedure is surreal and difficult to understand, why can't customer payment be validated by Registrar in any other way!
