My most favorite practice from her coaching is her meditation and ho'oponopono. I love learning ho'oponopono from her and her conversational ho'oponopono is so amazing. Her voice is so soothing and calming for me. I have learn how to handle our emotions from her. She has helped to improve my relationships with others and myself. Reitha Nair's Inside Out Life School provides ease to use ideas and steps to follow, on a daily basis that helps move the student towards goals of personal health, relationships, career, financial abundance, relationships and general well being. By offering daily, tiny goals that are easy to achieve and thus creating confidence as the student moves forwards. Everything begins with simplicity. Taking those first steps and building upon those. She offers techniques to follow by such as Ho'oponopono, EFT Tapping, Meditation and visualization. Her "Live" sessions are always done with Love and Care. Creating an experience where you feel safe to share and a desire from her that all her students succeed. Her One on One sessions are full of compassion and joy. And I have always felt I was in the good hands of a dear friend. She has shown me so much and has given me the confidence to navigate in this life with ease and grace. I highly recommend her as an excellent teacher with a vast knowledge. Her spirit is refreshing and sweet. And I have always found what she offers and shares to be inspiring, joyful and fun. Offering a sense of ease as the process of discovering our personal powers become clear. She is certainly an angelic presence and I am very grateful I have discovered her.
