Aug 13,2019I had surgery about two weeks ago now and it was nothing but a pleasant experience. The customer service and care they provide is above and beyond. The operation really is painless and if u ever have any questions you can just contact them, before or after surgery. I would definitely recommend this hair clinic, even just go for a consultation and see what they say.

Aug 10,2019Shocking results, I had a hair transplant done at the Harley street clinic 18 months ago, and the results are truly shocking, I actually wish I hadn’t had any procedure at all, as what I’ve been left with actually brings more attention to my hair now, negative attention! I had hair implanted down the side of the front of my head, and across the front so a boarder, the top left side of my head, right now you could sit and individually count each hair transplanted, it is that patchy thin you can tell immediately I’ve had work done. I know have had to shave the front of my hair and get a haircut every 7 days just to hide the implanted hairs. A lot of my friends have been abroad for transplants, places like turkey or Budapest and the results look great and they saved a lot more money, I went Harley street thinking would be safer and a lot better results being Harley street. I went in for a 12month review, just to show how bad my hair looked and how unhappy I was with the results, I was told the surgeon would be shown pictures and contacted, and it would be put right. I have never received any form on communication after this review. I would honestly save yourself money, and Go abroad, I’m already booked in with another clinic to go abroad and fix what I’ve been left with, and it’s a third of the price. I would never leave a bad review but after waiting 12 months, finally going down and showing the bad results of the procedure and then not hearing from the clinic I feel I should.

Apr 19,2019I would give this whole experience 5 stars and even more if I could. I spoke with Stefano about what I could achieve with having fillers put In on the crown and thickening up my hair line. Stefano gave me the realistic and honest opinion of what can be achieved. He is always available for help and advice whenever you need him and puts your mind at ease with his depth of experience. The Doctor and the team of girls were of such high quality and experience that they make you feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. They have done so may of these together at a team they have a slick and thought-out routine that works. They are so expert at what they are doing. The results of my procedure were amazing. I feel so much more confident and impressed with the result that I would recommend Stefano and his team to anyone with concerns with their hair and wanting more. I would only go back to Stefano and his team.

Jan 03,2019I attended a consultation with Stefano recently for a hair transplant. I was slightly nervous about the appointment because I am self-conscious about my hairline. Stefano immediately put me at ease with his reassurance and honest attitude. I am looking for a natural hairline and this was something that Stefano highly recommended before I mentioned how I'd like it to look. He is an expert in this field and I would highly recommend anyone to make an appointment to see him for a consultation. He discussed every detail such as how to prepare for surgery, the aftercare involved and the difference between FUE and FUT procedures. He is very professional and honest. I was seen on time and received a full treatment plan after the consultation to confirm everything that was discussed. I very much look forward to my procedure!

Dec 06,2018I recently had the FUT procedure at Rejuvenate Clinic in Harley Street and wanted to write to express how wonderful the team and experience was. I am female (41), and started to lose the front sections of my hair about 4 years ago now. I thought about the procedure for a long time - well over a year - did a lot of research, read reviews (just like this one!), and finally decided to go ahead. I can honestly say it is one of the best decisions I made - I am so happy about it all, and I only wish I had made it sooner. This was such a big deal to me, financially and personally. I really feel that every single person that I met throughout the process (from consultation to procedure), and who was involved in my care on the day, cared as much about me and my results as I did. Dr Rogers was fantastic, so gentle, very competent. Chloe was great at answering my many questions even on days/times I thought she wouldnt have been available. The entire team were fantastic and it was them which made the experience such an overwhelmingly positive one, I honestly cannot praise them enough. I am a month post-procedure now. I had my stitches removed from the donor site (although I could have let them dissolve) and the nurse said you wouldnt even notice it was there - it has healed so well. Im so excited to see the results over the next few months. I very rarely write reviews but Dr Rogers and all of the team at Rejuvenate Clinic in Harley Street deserve it - I have nothing but good things to say about them and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone (male/female) considering this procedure.

Nov 30,2018Great care and service from start to finish. I had my procedure 8 days ago after much deliberation and a lot of research. I wish I'd done it years ago. Chloe, the clinic manager, was really helpful from the initial contact right through to checking I was OK on the day after the op. On the day of the transplant, I was in clinic for 7 hours but Dr Rogers and the rest of the surgical team were really friendly, reassuring and caring throughout. You can tell they all have so much experience and really treat each patient as an individual. If you're considering a hair transplant then I would highly recommend Rejuvenate.

Oct 29,2018Im currently on day 4 post procedure of 2000 grafts (6000 hairs) but lets start at the beginning, the consultation. Consultation I arrived and was greeted at reception, there is a very nice waiting room and wasn't long before I was taken upstairs for my initial consultation. I had expected a hard sell to get me to walk away that day with something booked in but was very happy that it was a relaxed, very informative consultation discussing my needs and what my options were in a non pressured environment. My procedure was booked in for 5 weeks later. A few days before, had a courtesy call from the clinic ensuring I was following the pre procedure guidelines. Pretty much abstaining from alcohol and spicy food for 7 days proceeding because they "thin the blood". I actually did this 14 days previous as the whole procedure is very important to me. Day of the procedure I arrived to the clinic 20 minutes before the requested start time of 9am. I was met by Chloe, the manager at around 9.15am and taken upstairs to go over all the information and ensure I was all set for the day. Again, a very relaxed environment. I was then introduced to Dr Rogers who was undertaking my procedure. He instantly put me at ease and went over any questions I had regarding the day. The procedure itself So much speculation online regarding how these things play out and levels of pain etc but it was a lot more straightforward and completely pain free. Once the local injections were out the way on the donor site (Back of my head), I didn't feel any pain whatsoever. The locals feel like a really small pin and once a few were in, I don't feel anything further. I have a massive needle phobia and even for me, this was fine. The morning flew by while the senior hair technician extracted my roots. I had asked the question of "When are we starting?", to be told that she had already started some minutes before. That is the good sign I wouldn't feel any pain whatsoever. I had my own private room to sit and have some lunch before the afternoon session of preparing for my new hairline and filling work of planting my new roots. Dr Rogers preformed this himself and again, once the locals were out the way, this again is painless. Same sensation and a lot less locals than the donor site. Finally the insertion of the roots from the donor site to the new area. This again and I stress this so often, was painless. Before the day, I had ideas of being in pain all day and built up a level of anxiety. If nothing else, I want to let people know that Dr Rogers and his amazing team do everything to make the day completely pain free. Moving forward, I had a call from Chloe (Manager) the day after the procedure to check up on me and ensure I was doing well. Im now on day 4 post procedure and following the care plan I was given for after care. I have access to call or email the clinic with any post procedure question's I may have. To summarise, I'd definitely recommend this clinic and Dr Rogers along with his amazing team.

Jun 15,2018I had a FUE Hair transplant yesterday for 1500 grafts. The experience I had was purely down to the team at Rejuventate Hair Clinic. Generally with things like this I can be nervous and uneasy. Because of the staff, their experience, friendliness and reassurance, that fear and those nerves soon disappeared. I was well informed of each step, what to expect and aftercare. I had been for consultations before Rejuvenate and I am so pleased I chose to come here over the others. Thank you Dr. Rogers, Nell, Chloe and all the other members who were involved.

May 23,2018I had a transplant a week ago at Rejuvenate on Harley Street. Throughout the whole process, they have been nothing but professional and friendly. The consultation with Stefano explained well what the operation entailed and the outcome I can expect. On the day, everyone was very friendly and chatty, and made you feel at ease. I was down to have 2200 grafts on the front portion of my head, but midway through implantation, they realised that I probably didn't need that many, so put the rest on my crown, massive bonus! Whilst the day is very long, it did seem to go quite fast, and knowing the results you can expect made it worth it. Aftercare so far has been good, easy to follow instructions, and a follow up phone call the day after the procedure to make sure I was OK. Overall, I would 100% recommend Rejuvenate.

Feb 23,2018I was expecting a simple FUE hair transplant. What I got was much more and much better than I'd expected. Booking/Consultation: I'd been concerned about hairloss for some time. Did a lot of research online. Eventually settled on Rejuvenate. Booking the appointment was simple enough. The consultation went well. I had a lot of questions and Stefano provided a lot of answers and options of treatment/surgery. Decided upon medication and FUE (1200 grafts). Settled on a very good price and booked the quickest appointment I could get. A clear and concise summary of the consultation was provided to me by email upon request. Day of surgery: Dr Rik Rogers, a highly experienced specialist in this field, provided me a lot of information about the situation and the surgery that was to follow. He clarified a lot of misunderstandings about hair loss treatment and the nature of hair loss in general, which I found very helpful and reassuring. The medication turned out to be a much better option than I had realised. The surgery was surprisingly relaxing. Rik and the girls were very friendly and interesting to talk to as they worked away on the FUE procedure. Time flew! The transplanted grafts didn't look as gory as I'd imagined. Quite neat and orderly in fact. After this, it was a case of travelling home and relaxing for 10-12 days while everything healed. Nice. Aftercare: I had a few questions days after the operation. Just needed further clarification on a few things. Chloe quickly and concisely answered all of my questions, providing detailed information. I greatly appreciated all of this. Summary: I am extremely happy with the results and already feel much, much better about my hair. The mood improvement was a pleasant surprise! I am also glad that I can contact Rejuvenate whenever I want if I have any concerns. At the 10-12 month mark, I get a review of my progress, to see if anything needs to be further addressed, which also puts my mind at ease. All in all, this was a great decision to make. Money well spent! I'm glad I did it and didn't leave it any longer. Very pleased with the results so far! For anyone with hair loss concerns, book a consultation with these guys. They are great. Highly professional, extremely fair and are also very nice people to talk to! Hope this review helps for anyone having hair loss concerns!

Sep 05,2019I had fue two days ago and so far I’m really happy with how things went. Stefano went through the pre-op requirements a few days before so I knew what was going to happen together with details of what length my hair should be. The operation itself was 6 hours the time of which I didn’t realise as it went quickly. The female surgeons were very polite and nice and they reassured me all the way through so I didn’t worry. I’m glad to say I didn’t feel any pain during the op and also after when I left the clinic. My scalp was partially covered to catch any seepage but I was mainly happy there was not much blood. Now I’m looking forward to the results and I’m glad that I chose this clinic. Stefano really did help with answering all my questions and making sure everything went well. He even got me a ham and cheese sandwich from Pret.
