Feb 03,2020Not sure what happened, and it has nothing to do with the glasses, but the mailing label had the wrong address so there were a few anxious moments when UPS said the package was delivered, yet we did not receive it. Turns out it was labeled with the wrong unit in the development so it was delivered to the wrong condo. No harm, we found it there a block or so away. The glasses themselves are great

Feb 02,2020Bought some golf sunglasses on line. When I got them in the promised amount of time, they were just too big and uncomfortable. Contacted REKs and Steve from customer service sent another pair of frames to try. These fit but were not the style I wanted. There was no problem returning the glasses and the company did their very best to insure customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend doing business with this company.

Jan 28,2020Second pair I’ve ordered. Much faster turnaround time with latest pair. If you’re outside (I golf a lot!) I much prefer the wrap around over sling-blade model with polarized lenses.

Jan 28,2020i can see glare. there is glare out of the corner of my eye (left eye). like im looking at myself. especially with the sun behind me. I might try a different lens material next time. i would make them a little bit bigger. other than that they are as advertised. very flexible.

Jan 26,2020Frame was twisted on arrival. Would not sit correctly on my face. One side was higher and closer to my face. Lenses were underwhelming. Customer service was quick to provide a return shipping label, but I’m still waiting on a refund 2 weeks later.

Jan 25,2020Had to contact customer service to get a status on my order after 3 weeks. Was pleased with the reason given, which had to do with the mirror tint color I chose. Received my shades the day after I called and couldn't be happier. Great looking and feel great to wear.
