Oct 26,2024Our problem was when we switch on the oven the electric line drips. When I contacted your authorised service agency they told me that your service charge is only Rs 500/- and if any part needs to be replaced additional payment shall be paid by me for new parts The technicians reached my home and examined my micro oven and told me to replace two parts connected with grilling costing Rs 4,800/ and I asked them to detach the grill portion so as to use it ,they have done it and charged Rs 1,300/ . Is it reasonable ?, that is my doubt clear it please
