Mar 23,2020BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 2 watches, one was great and the other one was faulty. I had to pay for the refund myself to shop it back (I chose the economic option $15 which took 2 months) and then they said because I removed the plastic around the watch (duh.), I was only due for a partial refund. So they cheated me a $50 (not counting the shipping) in the refund because I had the audacity to take out the watch from its package to try it on, to find out they sent me a faulty watch. Be careful, they have no customer service and their quality is hit and miss.

Mar 08,2020I blame myself for this. I didn’t know much about watches and mainly about luxury ones but you can take my story and, if you’d like, my advice. Bought 3 watches here, all supposedly with Swiss movements (that was what I wanted and ordered, that’s why I paid more). All (3) around 400+$. Learned after that you could get fabulous authentic watches for a little over that, some brand new, some barely used. All 3 have plenty of issues: -JLC: you can’t set the time unless push the crown in a weird angle, and then would be little by little, it’d take a while. My jeweler says it can’t be fixed since some of the teeth on the wheel are broken or worn and won’t engage. Didn’t contact them about it, I don’t want to send it back in China, pay for shipping and take the chance. If it wasn’t done right first time, how would be done right now. Also issues with the postal services are another reason. -VC: was sent back once with the clip that holds the bracelet broken though I could’ve fix it myself if I would just received the right part. Was told I have to send the whole thing so I did. After couple of months in customs it came back. Was instructed to find another way to ship it. Thank God it came back, I’m not going to send it again, too risky. So I’ll find a way to use it and fix it myself, even if it cost me some. Sending it back once already cost me 35$. -Speedmaster: chronometer doesn’t reset unless it gets over the 30 seconds mark. The Crystal Sapphire is in fact some acrylic which makes it blurry, foggy. Also the mechanics of the chronometer is very stiff, like it gets hanged into something. So I won’t use it, don’t take the chance. Bottom line, they probably mean well but they can’t make Swiss watches or even close. Still, the prices are way too high. They sell you whatever you want anyways. The fact that I thought the movements are Swiss it’s on me too, at that price. Never again for me! Your turn now! Have seen replicas half priced of a new one. Why not get a slightly used one from a reputable dealer, then? Read about watches, learn and you won’t get fooled like I did.

Feb 14,2020I wish I could review this website before to buy. I received my watch and after 3 months they stopped working. I contacted shipper and he told that its normal. I dont think that any watch for $500 should break in 3 months especially then you barely wear it. I shipped it back and requested a refund since I don't need such a bad quality product. Its been 4 months and I still haven't received a refund or watch back. I had to open a dispute with my credit card but shipper rejecting to refund money.

Jan 24,2020This company is 100% reliable. I have ordered and received two montblanc pens and a case for both and received them in good time. They answer ALL emails in a prompt and timely manner. I have just ordered another pen and even though it is the Chinese New Year i still got an answer by email from Maria. They are a super efficient company and I would have no qualms whatsoever recommending them.

Jan 17,2020Ordered and paid for items using Papal. Items never arrived and their own website delivery system said they had been delivered to a ‘depot’ in the UK, not my address. This is not a normal delivery service. They refused to supply me with proof of delivery or even confirmation of the address they ‘delivered’ to and stopped responding to my emails. They will not send replacement items. Tried resolving through PayPal but that does not provide the protection expected as Paypal said they gave them ‘proof of delivery’ which I guess is from their own delivery monitoring system and is false information as the items were not delivered. Total waste of money - avoid at all costs.

I spend over 350 quid on a crap watch .... paid extra for a "Swiss made" ... delivery take over month... watch is scratched, looks cheap and whole mechanism that is inside MOVE when you shake .... ohh forgot that the strap falling apart after a week ........ thanks a lot maria......... KANTS !!!

Looks fabulous keeps great time and quality construction. I'll be shopping with them with confidence again when they've had their holidays.

Jan 01,2020I bought a replica IWC BIG PIlot . Delivery was quick .Paid through Paypal. The watch looks great. Dial, case, strap, all very nice. The movement is crap. If that is a quality Japanese movement, as advertised, I'd be astonished.It is not .Barely runs overnight. Runs varying times ,sometimes a few hours, sometimes a little more. all after full winding. I considered fitting another movement but that's throwing good money after bad. I could not be bothered sending the watch back and going through all the rigamarole. I'll put the purchase down to a rash decision and never go near a replica again.

Dec 31,2019never arrived.. either the other reviews on here are actually fake (easily done) or they are real but the ''company'' only sends out some of their orders... not received my parcel and was given a tracking number that doesn't work... from the other comments on here lots of other people have had the same thing happen to them.. if you want to take the risk up to you but im telling you i got nothing from them and no help to resolve it.. they send with ''dutch parcel'' but from what i can see it is a fake company..

Dec 27,2019I bought a watch from this site one of the most expensive copies they have. The steel strap was impossible to make smaller due to the screws being so small no screwdriver could undone the links. The hands and minute markers do not illuminate at night. The offer from them was not a replacement it was 40% of another watch or the cost of the leather strap that I’d bought because the original strap couldn’t be made smaller. After many emails asking for my money back and this watch being returned with no chance of that ever happening I had to accept £41.68 in compensation for a £124 watch that is faulty. I’d not recommend buying from this company.
