So my review is targeting anyone in Oceania/ Australasia - don't hesitate to make that purchase, you can trust Residenza725! My niece loves her Salomon Xt-6 (ORDER #38000000719) in a colourway that didn't make it to Australia, at a great price !! DHL shipping was seamless too. And staff were prompt in replying to my sizing query.

I was searching for a specific item by Casablanca in a specific size and Residenza 725 was returned as one of the merchants that had it in stock. And unlike the others, they actually had it in stock, in my size, and for the sale price that was advertised! I was a little put off by having to pay for shipping but I was able to use a promo code that covered that cost and more. The item arrived within 2 to 3 days which is impressive (DHL sucks by the way) and it was packaged nicely and just as described. This is the second item I've purchased from Residenza 725 in 2 weeks because I had the same wonderful experience with my first purchase which made me feel comfortable trying them again. And I'm so glad I did. I now have a new online merchant to shop that offers items that appeal to me.

Dec 13,2024I bought a jacket on their english website. A week later, the shipping company contacted me and asked me to pay £ 100 in order to receive the item. At that point, since the requested amount was pratically 50% of what I had spent for the jacket, I refused to pay the amount. Subsequently, the jacket was returned and the company charged me not only the shipping cost but also a large part of the duty fees. Additionally, there was an exchange of emails with the company where i expressed my concerns and disappointment about the customs fees to be paid. Residenza725 told me that they couldn't do anything about it. They didn t mention at all that by refusing the delivery, I would still have to pay about 80% of the customs fees. If I knew that, I would have paid the customs fees and accepted the delivery in the first place.
