Aug 03,2021We have used, Gary, Kirsty and their team on a few jobs now for new boilers installation jobs, plumbing emergency, tap repairs/replacements etc. They attend properties quickly and tenants comment how friendly and professional they are. Jul 20,2021Mark and his colleague from Resolve plumbing stripped out our old shower boards, which needed renewed. This meant stripping out the whole shower cabinet and replacing the marine boards with new ones. They made a lovely job of it and it all looks like new.

Service like this gains customer loyalty and they should be your first phone call be it in an emergency or for servicing work.

Jun 28,2021Had a leak in the boiler. Called Mark who sent Gary to inspect. Gary quickly discovered the cause & ordered the appropriate part. As soon as the part arrived we received a call. Part was fitted timeously & efficiently. Will definately be using Resolve in the future & would thoroughly recommend.

Apr 28,2021Excellent service. Clear quote, job completed exactly as described within the time frame that was estimated. We cleared out of the flat for the day and we had good regular updates from Gary to let us know how things were progressing. Very good customer service with Kirsty from the office before and after the works were completed. Very soon after the job we noticed a couple of minor things which were not to our satisfaction (related to housekeeping) and contacted Resolve, they replied quickly to discuss this with us and to find a mutually agreeable way to address it. Will use Resolve again.

Apr 06,2021My old Boiler had broken down completely and and no heating for one week.I had many quotes from different companies and this was the one that suited us for price.I have nothing but praise for Kirsty after I explained the situation she was very helpful and understanding and come out on Good Friday which quickly and prompt.communication was top Class Gary came to the rescue and was good in explaining how the new boiler operated.Would use again in the future keep up the good wonderful work Thanks again Martyn

Feb 09,2021Our central heating boiler stopped working. Couldn't see the problem. We contacted Resolve who came on the same day; Gary thought the pump was not working. He brought a new pump installed it and discovered the boiler was damaged beyond recovery because there was no flow of water. He returned quickly, rectified the flow problem which was in header tank and installed a new boiler. Excellent service and also very good value. We plan to use Resolve to service our central heating.
