May 09,2024Ideal Storage we are using after a house fire, easy access, was set up really quickly to get things moved along, and no problems whatsoever, even after asking for a final Invoice for the Insurers, they produce ahead of schedule and the gentleman was on holiday, thank you. We are still using before moving back as items need sorting

Feb 23,2024I have recently rented a storage unit at Rhino, Salisbury. Booking the unit online was straightforward and the whole procedure was well explained. The actual unit was clean and insulated; perfect for storing my belongings between house moves. At one point my sale fell through. Rhino staff could not have been more helpful/accommodating when I requested a different sized unit. My sale got back on track, and once again Rhino were amazing and understanding. All in all an excellent experience. I highly recommend!

Oct 02,2021Fantastic service, when we moved to Sweden we couldn’t get rid of our possessions during lockdown so, we stored all our furniture, clothes, books and everything in between for a year before I could come back and sort it all out. Everything I took out was in the same condition as it went in. The staff are friendly and really attentive when I needed anything.

Nov 28,2020Rhino Storage were excellent, providing us with storage for our house move at short notice. They were even able to provide a second storage unit on the same day as the move which saved us a lot of hassle.

Nov 27,2020Convenient storage facility with easy 24 hour access, though you need to bring your own light if visiting after dark! Although the containers are in the open air, our stored items were perfectly dry, even after 9 months. One problem is the width of the entrance gate. Although we had warned our removers not to bring their biggest vehicle, the smaller lorries they brought only got in with great difficulty.

Nov 08,2024A great service from start to finish. Easy to rent a container. I rented two different size containers over the 2.5 years I used Rhino Storage. Both were in excellent condition and secure. The site has easy access. It also has multiple security cameras covering the site and approach road. I have always found Jonathan the owner helpful and friendly. Would certainly use Rhino Storage again if I need to. Highly recommend.
