Jan 11,2021Fantastic service from them today, it's Sunday, they were shut, but still called me back after I emailed them with a problem that was all my own fault relating to incorrect information that I gave them, Troy called me up, sorted the problem in less than a minute, he resent all the correct documents and sorted out my mistake, he really made me feel that I was important to them and that's what you want as a customer. Definitely worth writing a good review to let others know how good a job he did. Plus I got an amazing 20% discount via PlumbApp, so double happy now.

Jan 03,2025The whole experience was easy and to the point. The phone call took minimal time even though there were lots of changes I made to my policy before my renewal. Every question I had answered leaving me feeling confident with the cover I have. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
