I made a call and “Jonathan Cooper” answered and made it so easy and quick along with his amazing enthusiasm and jokes that man needs a medal. He called me back with updates and good news and gets my claim sorted within a day a paid within 3 days so thank you very much Jonathan and Rift. Best customer service I have had to date A********
