The new Rio Health brand was launched in 2020, providing mainly South American botanicals as tinctures, including Cat’s Claw, Manayupa (Burbur) and Stevia. Rio Health is the UK distributor for Silidyn, Green Magma, Best Choice and Epigenar. I've been ordering for over 5 years. I use the Mosqueta face cream and other products. When I fancy a change and try another brand I always regret it and keep coming back to my skin's favourite cream. I am not loyal to brands in general but Rio Health is exception to my rule. It's consistent and excellent.

Well i cannot say with any certainty that my health has improved but I can say that it feels slightly better. Quite like the tea which arrived very promptly, so happy with the product and will reorder

Five days ago I wrote: "Really mixed feelings about Rio Health." Why I wrote that, you'll see below. BUT. Was just in formed that Rio has taken on board my concerns with their enormous Mg pill, and have updated the website. AND they'll now take back the bottle with 3 pills missing - three 3 i did try to take. Well done, Rio! My original review from 5 days ago. Yes, i still avoid Amazon. "I hate buying from Amazon - Bezos, pay taxes!! - and Rio sells burbur and other important herbs in the flight against Lyme disease; but when i purchased magnesium recently, they refuse to take back the opened jar after i found out the pills are 23mm L, 8mm thick and 10mm wide. I choked on them! No matter how carefully i try to take them! No way to know they are that big or i would not have bought them: of course the jar is open. How else to see them?" [Note: they have now refunded me. Thx Rio :-) ] Also Rio provides a decent discount for those with TBD. [This is true!! Got Lyme? Go to Rio Health!]
