Jul 30,2023We worked closely with Jo to redesign and install a new 2nd bathroom. Like everyone else (I am sure), we wanted a 'designer' bathroom on a moderate budget. Jo listened and, sticking to our budget, made excellent recommendations where we could save and where we should spend a little extra. We came in (more or less) on budget and were over the moon with the end result. Jo was always available - pre-sale, design, install and post-sale. Ripples works closely with an expert contractor and it's clear they have a very good working relationhsip. The project finished on schedule and the workmanship was 10/10. I have no hestitation recommending their services. We will be using them again.

Jul 18,2023Ripples is the most professional bathroom shop in the NW London area. Lisa looked after me and really made a huge effort to find what I was looking for. Ripples is an excellent local company that I would highly recommend. Their service and after-service are great. Their knowledge about both product and design is to be admired. Not necessarily the cheapest but definitely the best!

Apr 27,2023RIPPLES WOKINGHAM Do not be fooled that you are getting the complete package as despite telling you who to use and booking installation they are nothing more than a glorified B&Q! Installation was a nightmare, damage to property, lots of extras despite a survey being done. One year on we have ceilings that have come down and black mould where installation has not been done correctly and it is leaking. No one will take ownership! Now having to instigate legal proceedings.

This was mainly due to Jo who listened to what we needed, gave us great ideas and created a fantastic bathroom. Ripples were also very understanding when our project was delayed. I’ve personally recommended them to a couple of friends already.

Mar 09,2023Feel free for anyone to contact me directly to get the truth and facts about how shockingly bad this RIPPLES Wokingham company is, their installation businesses and their responses to issues. 18 months on and no working main bathroom, over £10's of £'000s in DAMAGE to our house, complete rip out and start again required, taking literally no responsibility for it and some brilliantly shocking emails from both them and V&M Arrol Ltd the implementation company Ripples provided (who are in the process of being struck off by companies house and pending an HMRC investigation as well). We will let the insurers and the lawyers argue this one out whilst we find someone competent to start again. Save yourself time, hassle and money. AVOID like the plague. If there was minus Stars available they would clean up! :-)

Mar 01,2023Helen at Ripples in Chichester has been unbelievably helpful throughout the whole process of updating our bathrooms. She has helped with the design, delivered the products to my door and has supported the installation. Nothing is too much trouble and the products really are excellent quality. I wish I’d gone to Ripples sooner and not wasted so much time with other high street bathroom stores that just didn’t come up with what I needed. Helen really does give a truly personal service and I will certainly use Ripples again.

We were looked after brilliantly by Joanne, who listened to us thoroughly and came up with a design which was exactly how we wanted it. The communication was faultless throughout the process.
