Aug 07,2021Well, where do I start with the customer service given from Rival Strength. After a previous order from them arrived so quickly I emailed Rival Strength at 11:45 pm on Thursday evening asking if they could do a Saturday delivery of some gym mats. Jake emailed me back 10 minutes later saying he would check for me in the morning. The following morning I received an email from Jack followed by a call from Sam explaining because of the weight of the mats he couldn't guarantee a Saturday delivery, but instead offered to meet me half way that day and personally deliver the mats too me to ensure I received them by Saturday. My husband met with Sam and collected the mats which were of fantastic quality! These people go above and beyond and I can honestly say I don't think I have ever had such a fantastic customer service from any other company. Thank you Sam and Jake you made things a great deal easier for us!

Jul 04,2021Amazing customer service! We ordered some J cups that were a different brand to our rack. Within minutes of our order they reached out to check that the J cups would fit our rack. I sent them the link to our rack and they checked and confirmed they were compatible which I thought was great customer service. The J cups were processed and delivered within about 48 hours from order. Would definitely shop there again based on this experience.
