Online ordering stock issue identified and resolved thereafter within minutes which allowed order to be placed. Nov 16,2023Really great company, I had an issue with delivery, Jake went over and above trying to rectify the problem. The product is great too, I find the clip on weights superb as I find some of the dumbbell increases too much so these do the job. Will use this company again if I need any equipment.

Sep 06,2023Absolutely loving my new bits from Rival strength. I've just bought jammer arms, weight pegs, j-cups and safety bars. All are sold and seem really well made. Extremely happy with the quick deliver and the customer service talking through my squat rack sizes to make sure that it would all for (squat rack was from a different manufacturer) but they guys at Rival checked it would all for properly before I purchased.

Aug 26,2023Great first experience using rival strength. Quality of the gear looks and feels great with great craftsmanship. Arrived pretty quick considering the size of the rack with any damages. Was an issue with missing bolts but that was dealt with immediately with them responding to my email the very next morning with an apology and a confirmation of item being sent out. All in all i would come back and buy in future for the reason of quality and communication.

Aug 08,2023Excellent service from Rival Strength. Really quick turnaround and fast delivery of my order. Only slight letdown was the packaging. It’s tricky with specialty bars, and ideally there could have been some more protection in the box. There were couple of minor bits missing from the order, but Rival sorted it out and dispatched replacements straight away. Competitively priced with quality products. Look forward to making future purchases from Rival Strength.

Dec 24,2023I wanted some equipment for my home gym and found Rival Strength through a Google search. Their prices were very competitive, so I contacted them to ask for advice on the size of barbell to get (to fit my rack). They were very helpful, replying very quickly and giving me advice on what would work. I went back and forth a bit, deciding what to buy and they helped me to do so and stay within my budget. The delivery was great too. I have been using the equipment for a a few weeks now and it is all great quality - the barbell feels the same as the one I used at the gym and the kettlebells and hex dumbbells are the same quality too. I went for tri plates as I don’t need bumper plates and am very happy with them. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them for customer service, price, quality and delivery.
