Dec 11,2023As a fitness enthusiast and an active Reddit biohacking junkie, I purchased the TotalSpectrum Ultra after reading their wavelengths chart, to enhance muscle recovery, energy levels and sleep quality. This panel delivers a medically effective dosage of all therapeutic wavelengths between 600nm to 850nm, plus blue light. The preset modes are a major plus - from skin rejuvenation to fat burning to sleep optimization. It's been 5 weeks since I started using this device. My workouts feel easier to bounce back from, and I sleep more soundly. The electric stand remote is great with a digital height meter where my partner and I can set it to the correct height for us by just remembering the number on the remote. Dec 06,2023This is a very high quality piece of therapy equipment. I can tell that this power, wavelengths and LED beam angle produce good penetration. In fact, you don’t want to overdo your treatment time. It is especially relaxing to use before bed. The controls allow flexibility with a lot of treatment preset modes or you can design your own. Started using it for better sleep and recovery after workouts. Can honestly say, it's doing the job. Props to AJ from RLT Home for the setup help.

Dec 02,2023As someone concerned about privacy and data security, I'm usually skeptical about modern health devices. I appreciated that the device operates without needing to connect to the internet. No unnecessary data collection or my health data being shared or sold. The absence of a required app for operation is a huge plus for both of us, as we prefer not to have our usage habits tracked. I like the voice recognition on the device and it is surprisingly good at understanding my voice. It has got the bluetooth music thing going, but I'm happy playing music on my phone if I need to. Moreover, I was impressed by the non-intrusive nature of the customer support. Nov 30,2023I wasn't sure what to expect from the Total Spectrum full body, given the $3000 price tag but I'm starting to see why this is worth the investment. The range of modes is impressive, though I mostly stick to a couple of favorites. The voice control sometimes doesn't catch my commands on the first try, but it's a minor hiccup in an otherwise great experience. I must add that the support has been outstanding and not something you will see often. I was given a custom setting for my knees for deeper penetration and a custom pulse rate which I think has been very effective. Stairs are no longer a bother for me. My legs used to ache a lot too, which I was recetly reminded, that I had completely forgotten about! This is a great piece of technology and I can vouch that it works!

This panel stood out for me due to its patented 7-band light technology that delivers 610nm, 630nm, 660nm, 810nm, 830nm, 850nm and 450nm wavelengths. I read the reasoning for these frequencies, which only this website provided. I liked that these wavelengths provide the entire spectrum required for deep tissue penetration and a more targeted therapeutic effect. I have the device in my home office and use it with the high-quality electric stand for 20-30 minute full body sessions 5 days a week (as advised by their support). Not to mention how much better I feel overall, if you are on the fence about getting one of these from RLT Home don't be, they will help you at every turn. They give prompt service and great customer support. I have used other brands at spas and I must say this unit blows them away! You can buy with confidence from this company!

Oct 31,2023I purchased the TotalSpectrum ULTRA and am impressed not only with the unit but also with the customer support. I have never dealt with such professionalism as with this company. After researching many Red Light panels (and testing some), in my opinion, this panel tops anything out there. No other panel that I know has 7 wavelengths and so many features. I am totally happy with this purchase. In the short time I used it, my bad shoulder has improved drastically. I continue seeing improvements daily. Customer service is always available on the chat with any questions I have. They are extremely knowledgeable about Red Light Therapy and have answered all my questions. Oct 30,2023I am loving my Red Light Mini! It is very solid state with 7 modes: Sleep optimization, skin care, elderly care, fat burning, fitness, muscle recovery, and inflammation mode. These all apply to me☺️ The voice command feature is really useful and fun! The stand is also very secure with the ability to tilt the light to the best angle. The best part of my experience is the fantastic customer support. AJ has been phenomenal in following up and providing information, showing genuine interest and concern along the way. My right wrist has been hurting me for several months and getting weaker. Chiropractic had not helped and my nerve test results with my orthopedic doctor were normal. A relative very knowledgeable, in red light therapy and other holistic and healing modalities recommended this unit. After using the muscle recovery and inflammation modes on alternate days, I am already seeing improvement with less discomfort and my hand feels stronger. I will provide an update on my progress and after I’ve been able to use all the other beneficial modes! I am very pleased with my unit and Red Light Therapy Home, AJ in particular!

The panel market is saturated with too many choices claiming they're the best with no real underlying substantiation on why. When I asked questions elsewhere I got textbook answers. AJ at RLT home had genuine concerns and had some research backed knowledge. I was sent links, in depth information on many to and fro emails until I was satisfied and given their in depth knowledge, was happy to buy their device. The device is great, I can already see its benefits and I look forward to writing more after a few weeks of use. It looks great too. Thank you AJ for bearing with me and for your patience.
