The company sent a child's small rather than the adult small that I ordered. After leaving a voice message with customer service I received an email reply stating that they sent the correct shirt--which they did not!-- and the options for me to pay for return shipping for a refund or pay $10 for an exchange. Very disappointed to not have the gift, and for the company to make me pay for their mistake. Will not be ordering from this company again.

First, I will give you 5 stars based on your stocking of Liz Phair t-shirts. I am hopelessly in love with her. I have the 2018 concert T, but got a stain on the shirt while on vacation!! After several weeks of intensive therapy, I pulled myself together and found R&R t-shirts carried the same shirt. I ordered it, and got a deal on Black Friday to boot. Thank you for helping to save my memories of a great concert.

Everything worked well; it did take a couple of weeks for the items to be delivered, which can be a bit frustrating in a world of much faster shipping, but the company did send an email about the potential longer time for delivery, due to an increase in orders.

I placed an order on Black Friday weekend. I expected to receive the shirt pretty quickly but I’ve had nothing. Nada! Then, 5 minutes ago on St Nick’s Day night I get an email saying the order has been fulfilled. Fulfilled?!?! What does that mean?! Has it shipped? When will I receive it? This Christmas or next? So I went onto the old website to try to answer these most reasonable of questions only to find the only useful information stored there appears to be my name and credit card details. No order to be found!!! Now what?!?!?!

Takes so long to arrive I placed an order on Black friday and I only got an email today saying my order has been fulfilled?? How much longer do I have to wait?! Terribly slow!!

VERY slow to ship. After reaching out to check on the status of my order, I received only a vague, ambiguous answer with no details about my shipment. Still have not received my order after nearly 2 weeks.
