May 11,2019I emailed customer service yesterday about my items which have not been received. In my email, I stated "I received confirmation on 5/3 that my order had been confirmed and then on 5/5 my order was fulfilled. On the USPS website, it is stated that my items are in “Pre-Shipment” on May 5, 2019 and that the USPS is awaiting the item in Nashville." EDIT: Customer service reached out to me and gave me an explanation for the late items. The shipping issue was also sorted out and my items are scheduled to arrive this coming Monday. Very happy with the quick response and can't wait to receive my merch!
