I ordered a Slipknot t-shirt at the end of August but have had no updates and it has not arrived. The company has not responded to any emails I’ve sent and I’ve been unable to access their website

Ordered a hat in April! Was a pre-order, so as soon as it becomes available I would receive it. Sent messages over the following months only to see that it became available and sold out (writing this near the beginning of August!). My advice to people is save your money, don't give it to con artists.

Two items from my order on 18th June, still not here and no one is replying to me via the website or email. Its ridiculous. I have sent many emails! They have now missed my daughters birthday, so I have asked for a refund. No response. I would never order from here again.

Item ordered & still not received, seems pretty pointless asking for a review !!!!!! No indication given that it is on the way, but I have had an apology for the delay. Just as well it’s a Xmas t shirt - roll on December.

Delivery was a little slow, also I received a mis print t shirt. Overall the t shirt is really nice and I love it so not much more can be said!

48hr turnaround 😡 nope that didn't happen, the shirt was to be worn at my best friends funeral where i was a pallbearer. He was a devoted pink floyd fan. I feel like i kinda let him down. Sorry guys I'm not impressed if it was any other event i wouldn't be bothered. But i was laying my best friend to rest that's disrespectful.

So far very disappointed, i will update this reveiw if anything changes. Ordered an item and paid for next day delivery. Repeatedly receieved emails stating there was an issue and my order was delayed. Contacted the company asking for a refund on my postage. No response. Finally receive an email stating its out for delivery. Track the package and see that it has been delievered to the wrong address. Double check the address on my order is correct, which it was. Unable to see if the address on the package was printed correctly so do not know if this is a fault with Royal Mail or Rock Universe. If Royal Mail are unable to retrieve the package it is on Rock Universe to put in the claim to be able to refund me. As Rock Universe have not responded to any previous messages yet I feel that i will be out of pocket with no itema as I have no faith in their customer service so far.

Took ages to dispatch the item, which when it arrived is of a poor quality. Not overly pleased, was tempted to return.

Initial order wasn't dispatched after 2 weeks so I followed up with an email. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and dispatched my order immediately. Item is great and a very good price. Would use again.

The items are of a quality consistant with price. The two T-Shirts ordered, arrived quickly, well packaged, but not overly so, as to cause harm to the environment.

Can't fault the item I bought. But took two weeks to arrive. And that was after reminding them I'd made an order. Need to do better than that.

Eventually received my order over 2 weeks after ordering. Little bit large but seeing as it took so long to come, I've decided against exchanging it. That being said, the t shirt is very good quality though so not all bad. The communication from the website definitely needs improving as the lack of information has put me off ordering from here again. It's a shame as they have some very good rock t shirts which are difficult to source in the UK.
