Mar 15,2023The checkout went through soooo fast that I didn’t notice and I don’t think it even showed the spot for my discount code, before I knew it the checkout was finished and I thought how does my discount get applied. Contacted customer service and they said no, they can’t discount not after the fact, have they never refunded anyone ? Sorry but that’s the wrong answer, won’t be shopping there again. Awesome products, not so awesome customer service and it took 5 days for them to reply.

Mar 11,2023I walked in their with my 3 year old miniature dachshund and I knew I wanted a harness that he wouldn't be able to escape and a matching collar and lead. I was kindly greeted by the kindest lady and she was able to help me straight away, she also helped me understand my dog's needs so much better and I learnt thing I never knew about the breed. Words can't express how grateful I am for her service and how cooperative she was with my very impatient dog, she helped me out so much and every cent spent was totally worth it. I definitely recommend this store
