Oct 20,2022Ever since getting Wilson the Weimaraner I have used rogue Royalty as I googled best leather collars for dogs and that's how I found them All their products are high quality and I use the brass slip collar for the beach and the bison leather for other trips out I have received many enquiries from other owners in my area of Cottesloe Perth many of which have also bought Cheers RR Andy

Oct 19,2022I've had great service from Rogue, years ago and recently. I love the product. I've got my boy Walt, Rottsky, in an XL wide fit studded. My cat Mankycat in a XXS slim line studded. And just revieved a S slimline studded for my new girl Millie, Dogue De Bordeaux. All fantastic quality, no issues exchanging size, and very speedy process to receive them. Also recieved my lead coupler, I'll test out on the weekend. Will definitely order another XL when Millie's grown some. Thanks, Oliver

Oct 19,2022Do not buy from here I tried to buy a dog collar they then sent me a email saying it’s out of stock and to pick another one of my choice for the screw around, then I pick one and told I have to pay the shipping fee again plus an additional $60 of the original price. Scam I have paid over $80 and still not received anything and they are impossible to get into contact with.

Oct 14,2022Unfortunately the jacket I ordered was 10 times too big for my dog. Yet I ordered the same size as his harness which fits fine. I sent the product back after explaining the situation and by email the lady said that she would send a size that better reflects the harness size. This time it was about 9 times too big. It didnt make sense returning it again so I gave it to charity. Have purchased collars in the past which are also way too big despite the right measurements being ordered. Ive given these away to people with dogs who have thick necks. The harnesses however fit him perfectly. Hopefully the feedback is useful.

However going through return process, I am very happy with the collar, particularly with the quality of the leather, and the number of studs which will now prohibit him from chewing through his collar

Oct 13,2022The quality of their products isnt exactly the greatest. all the metal fittings have tarnished and worn quite quickly aswell as the leather wears quite quickly. For the price of the products I find it ridiculous for the reuslts. Also it quite frustrating that I had to pay for the return shipping and the exchange shipping fees. Wasn't too happy with this store.

Oct 13,2022Great product and quality. Really disappointing to order and pay for an item then be contacted and told the item is sold out. I'm not sure how that happens at that point in the sale. Surely there are electronic measures in place to keep track of available stock against sales. Purchased as a bday gift so had to sort a replacement over the phone while driving to work which wasn't ideal. Can't fault the quality of the replacement item but was left disappointed by the experience.

Oct 13,2022Everything you buy from this store is top quality. My female Amstaff broke through two harnessess, Before using Rogue Royalty. I don't have to worry about quality. The dog shampoo's are excellent. I wouldn't use anything else on my dogs.
