Jul 21,2022The quality of the product was very good however very disappointed with the service I received. We adopted a dog who had to go back to the shelter due to aggression. I never put the collar on the dog and by email asked if I could return purchase and be issued with a credit. I emailed twice and received no reply. I would be hesitant to purchase a product from rogue totality again.
