Ho acquistato i biglietti da questa compagnia con largo anticipo per essere sicuro di godere del salta fila visto che nel nostro gruppo erano presenti persone anziane. La prenotazione ere per le 13.30 e i biglietti dovevano essere ritirati presentandosi con un voucher presso il tour operator, siamo arrivati da loro alle 10 del mattino e ci hanno chiesto di ripassare alle 13 per ritirare i biglietti. Quando alle 13 siamo ripassati abbiamo avuto la triste notizia, NON C'ERANO I NOSTRI BIGLIETTI, perché, a quanto abbiamo appreso successivamente, non acquistano i biglietti al momento della tua prenotazione ma li comprano poco prima dell'orario in cui saresti dovuto accendere nel museo, SEMPRE SE RIESCONO, PERCHÉ SE LA FILA DEL MUSEO È TROPPO LUNGA IL MUSEO NON VENDE BIGLIETTI AI TOUR OPERATOR. E quindi niente, il personele dell'agenzia ti molla nella fila chilometrica e ti dice di arrangiarti. MOLTO POCO SERI!!! RISULTATO 4 ORE DI FILA E UNA GIORNATA BUTTATA!!!
