The worst experience ever. This agency just doesn’t care about people. We had problems with leaks, mice, the promised cleaner only came three or four times in 8 months. The ceiling in my room literally felt, and we had one big fridge that was used by two people and one little fridge used by 4 so I bought another fridge because they didn’t want to send us another one. We didn’t have internet for over one month and there were more and more problems. Just don’t waste your time with these people …

The messiest and most lacking of professionalism agency which I ever deal with in 4 years spent in London. They literally are scammers without any license, stepping on human rights and treating tenants like insects. They don’t deserve anything more than closing and failing, I have been waiting 9 days when I moved just to have a flap which allows me to lock my door, so i’ve been living for those days with all my devices for working totally unlocked in a house with 6 people who i didn’t know at all. They left us without the garden for 5 months without sending anyone who would care for it, they leave leaks in the house which they don’t care about. All the tickets sent to the agency through the app are going to trash, indeed we had no Wifi for over a month as well as not workig fridge for over two months, and nobody came. All the doors are not properly closing, the heating does not work in most of the rooms in the house, they’ve promised us a cleaner to come twice a month and this cleaner does not come from March when now we are in July. I hope no one will ever rent anymore from this agency since is only a big trap, scammers and thief, treating humans like animals. disgusting service.

do not rent anything from this company. You will be left homeless and without money....stay away.Watch out for a young lady named Maya...I told him I was moving on Monday, as long as I paid in advance. And he gave me a "BYE" message.w*f is that scam company...The council don't see this ???...

My experience with Roomshub was very smooth. I got a really good price for a nice room in Mile End. The whole process of renting was easy and I managed to get it all done in two days! Definitely going to use them in the future and recommend them to my friends.

Do not rent with this agency. They are real scammers and the owner should be in jail. They won't protect your deposit and won't return it. They incorporate companies and dissolve them after a short period of time to keep scamming people. I'm shocked they're still around.

REPORT THEM TO COUNCIL AND TRADING STANDARDS - THEY HAD NO HMO LICENCE IN MY FLAT AND LOGOS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE THERE ILLEGALLY They scammed me and every tenant they have. They don’t pay deposits back, houses are overcrowded, mice are living there, they don’t fix leaks. After paying deposit you find out that they treat you with scammy guest form instead of proper tenancy agreement. Terrible communication, Tony from the app is rude (as everyone there), agents are leaving after a few weeks of work. You can see opinions on LinkedIn about their racist and sexist interview methods. When I was about to move in I heard from agent Silvia that they put people from Europe together in the flats, because people from other continents don’t match this culture. Also, I asked for 3 months contract - not knowing it’s this scammy guest from yet - and after paying deposit agent Silvia called to manager telling me that only 6 months work! Boarding was disgusting - my room was not cleaned, double bed disappeared and I had TWO single beds in one tiny room! Of course took them two weeks to organise it. They tell you all the bills are included, then you find out there’s more. Also - they sent cleaning lady ONCE in 4 months, even though they advertise cleaning once a week in the flat. After I moved out, I didn’t even deserve message “thank you for leaving the room clean” or “we got your keys”. The app is terrible - once I reported mice and they texted back that they sent “pest control”. Well, it was a man from agency who filled in a few out of many holes in the wall. Even the payment you make is not safe - my bank warned me that the bank details of their company don’t match the name - you can only image what it means. Once fridge got broken and they replaced it with some old fridge from the other house. Tiny fridge for 5 people in the flat. Once I complained about my deposit not being protected and I got a message from Tony saying that if I’m unhappy I should move out. Not sure who is that guy but honestly, horrible customer service is too much to name it. If you are scammed - report them anywhere you can - it must end! Disgusting scammers! Don’t let them steal from anyone else!! Also - check if they have HMO licence in your flat, if not then you can retrieve up to 12 months of rent!!!

Bad company with agents who believe they are Jesus Christ descended to earth but are ignorant. I had direct experience with this agency through the agent Chiara Diodato, I don't know what the other girl saw but I can say that this girl is the opposite of what a good agent must be. She introduces me to a £ 500 house and I agree and she tells me you have to pay an extra £ 25 a month for electricity so in total it's £ 525 and she gives me a one year contract, in full pandemic and with my refusal. Says It was mandatory to do a year, in practice it is an excuse in their favor to steal the deposit in case they want to leave the house. Upon my arrival at home I learn that the bills are paid with recharging therefore she raised the rent and hid this thing from me, when I explain this thing says she knows nothing about this money on top of that bad person. Whenever there was a problem, she washed her hands, didn't answer her cell phone and didn't read your messages, a liar, cowardly and purring person, says one thing and then denies it. The agency is no exception, if you were a day late they would call you endlessly, every day of the month the landlord came to visit us taking the names of those who still had to pay, trying to scare me and the guys of the house. I repeat bad agent and bad agency stay away from them.

I left the room one month ago and I'm still waiting for my deposit. No type of communication through the app, I also went to the agency and they didn't even want to open the door for me. One of my flatmates has the same problem.

She managed to rent me a wonderful double room at best price in London, on the Heathfield Gardens, BrentCross area. I have vacated a rented from 'Roomshub Limited/AEY London' on the 4th of November. My deposit was not returned to me to this very day. The agent who signed the contract with me (named Luca) doesn't communicate with me any more, doesn't pick up the phone, doesn't answer the messages. The operators managing the app I was referred to 'Guest Management' don't answer my tickets which I repeatedly submit regarding this issue. Despite my urgency I have no feedback and my money is being held against the contract and a written promise to refund me within 14 working days (since Nov.4th) I demand my deposit back!

Very organised, extremely helpful and friendly. The agents were very helpful and very professional with finding the right place for me, to be honest I didn't expected I can find such a great and spacious room in London in such a good price. Great agency, highly recommended.

I applied to Roomshub's Accommodation host vacancy about 3 times over a period of 6 months and was turned down each time. The job was an 'immediate start, urgent and no experience' needed opening. You also needed; To be fluent in Another European language (I speak 4). Have a good understanding of London borough (I've lived here all my life). Customer service and sales experience - which I have. Fluent spoken and written English - I have. The job description only required you to market properties on social media and process inquiries. When turned down, I reached out to the hiring executive to understand why my application wasn't moved forward considering I checked all of the criteria, yet my e-mails were ignored and they posted 2 more job listings for the same job I had just applied to. A very unfortunate experience with Roomshub.co.uk I'm afraid. They made it clear that they're only looking to hire a specific kind of person if you know what I mean. If you're looking to book a room somewhere, please book with a company that has equal opportunity policies, there are many out there. Kind regards

Came to London first time to move here and didn't know where to start looking and anything about bills or taxes. My agent is very nice, she make sure we find the right room for me and if I have any queries we have an app were we can report and talk. They are really nice quick and helpful recommend for who needs a place to stay asap.
