Avoid the company and their products. Experienced an ordeal similarly described by others ... ordered the Round box last week of November along with my CC being charged for what was ordered, was promised an early December delivery, submitted four enquirers by late December when no order arrived, canceled the charge with CC company just prior to Christmas. This company is not be be trusted.
Same as the previous review on this product. I ordered from them about a week ago. The next day I received an email that they were shipping my package. Upon checking the shipping update on the website, I was told that FedEx had trouble delivering the package. When I went to FedEx, I was told that the shipper (Rosephoria) had cancelled the order. I have tried to contact them at least 4 times but have had no response even though money was taken from my account. This is a bogus company with no credibility.
Made an order on the 24th of November with 5-7 days of shipping (Fedex ground). Got confirmation right away with a promiss of a notification when the order was on the way. On the 27th of November the money was taken from my account. Since then, I've heard nothing from them. I've tried to contact them 3 times; once to the e-mail provided in the confirmation mail (hello(at)rosephoria.com) and twice throu the contact formular on their website - but nothing. I'm left with no money, no rose and no answer. Also, they had a facebook site, but it vanished...
