When the shoes arrived i was blown away. The comfort, style and performance is second to none. They definitely have a repeat customer here!

Aug 01,2023I am blown away by my entire retail experience with Royal Albartross. I was unsure of my size and the customer service team guided me through the process and ensured me that if the shoes did not fit I would be able to exchange them for the right size free of charge. The shoes arrived 2 days after purchasing and they are absolutely amazing and fit like a glove..... in fact, I have just purchased a belt and glove and I am as impressed by these products.

Feb 02,2021Leider ist das Unternehmen, das - zumindest hier in Deutschland - als britisches auftritt (Royal Albartross Club London), tatsächlich ein US-amerikanisches und macht dies schlechterdings nicht klar. Meine Bestellung, die zum größten Teil als Geburtstagsgeschenk gedacht war, wurde zu meiner Überraschung nicht aus UK, sondern aus Arizona versendet, was selbstverständlich weit über die angegebene Lieferzeit dauerte. Schade! Noch viel schlechter war die Kommunikation. Auf meine Anfrage vier Tage nach Bestellung, wann denn mit einem Versand zu rechnen sei, kam die Information, die Ware sei gar nicht mehr auf Lager. Dann ging eine Versandankündigung von USPS ein, allerdings ohne jeden Hinweis auf Royal Albartross, sondern von einer mir völlig unbekannten Person. Als diese sich dann einen Tag später als Mitarbeiterin des Kundenservice des Unternehmens an mich wendete und den Versand aus USA in Aussicht stellte, bat ich darum, dies nicht zu tun, da das viel zu lange dauern würde, und die Bestellung zu stornieren. Trotzdem ging die Sendung auf den Weg. Ein Retourenlabel kam trotz Angebot nicht. Stattdessen nur Rumgejammere, man habe es ja gut gemeint. Die Krönung war eine Mail des Vorgesetzten der Dame, der ganz cool darauf hinwies, man habe innerhalb der angegebenen Lieferfrist von 7-12 Tagen versandt. Auch von ihm kam kein Retourenlabel. Die Annahme der Sendung wurde somit hilfsweise verweigert. Ich bin gespannt, ob und wann ich eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erhalte.

Aug 19,2020This Company is beyond "Excellent", I had purchased 2 pairs of shoes, about 2 years ago, the Quality is far the BEST in the industry. I did however have an issue with a nude patent leather discoloring after 2 years, I was so disappointing, these were my utmost favorite golf shoe. There are issues with pesticides, etc.... that we cannot possibly know that are on some golf course, and I do realize this. I went ahead and purchased another pair of shoes, because I do LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes, I had to purchase a different type the model I had was no longer available. Next thing you know, I got a credit on my card for THE FULL AMOUNT of the purchase. ROYAL ALBARTROSS stood behind their product, and I will always purchase my golf shoes for the rest of my golfing years from Albartross.
