I saw the rpm power site and was very impressed with the look of the machine but what was a deciding factor is that it comes with some weights and olypic bar. I will need to add some more plates to it but definitely enough weight to get anyone started me and my son are both very happy. Was quite straight forward to assemble but now it's up it literally has everything we need for a great work out. I'm so glad I chose this machine it's sturdy and well made I'm well happy thank you Rpm power
