Aug 04,2022Just moved with RP. Good price - not the cheapest we found but toward the lower end. Team were very, very helpful in the office (lawrence and gabriel) prior to moving day. Then on packing day, it was the hottest day ever in the UK (yes, the 38C one), but Vlad and the team came in and packed without issue. I was working from home and they hardly disturbed me once. Then on packing day, they turned up a little late because of traffic then bashed through it. Vlad was supremely helpful again. They decided they needed another van, so one was sent from the depot and they filled that up too. Dismantled everything and put it back together at the new place, exactly where we wanted. They even helped us to install the washing machine and dishwasher (I say helped us, they did it really). Everything was wrapped that needed to be and great care was taken. The only thing broken was a fridge magnet - which they told me about, and still wrapped the tiny broken piece so we could repair it. Couldnt believe it when I unwrapped it. It's now glued back together. Then our estate agent called to tell us that they'd forgotten to pack some things from our old utility room. I contact the team at RP, they sent someone to pick it up 3 days later. And then dropped it over to us a couple of days after that. Absolutely brilliant - I'm sure if we'd pushed them if it was urgent they would have been able to do it quicker. Brilliant service, lovely guys, would definitely recommend them and we'll use them again when my wife decides in a year she wants a bigger house.

Jul 20,2022I can genuinely say I have no complaints and nothing but praise for the guys at RP removals. I’d never used a removal company before but I’m glad I did this time. The quote process was very honest and straightforward. Despite my completion date being delayed and then announced with only a weeks notice they were accommodating and assured me it was possible. They arrived early and emptied my whole 3 bed house and garden in 3 hours (including emptying and dismantling 3 large wardrobes/units). Arriving at my new house it was all put back together and they were very patient when something needed to be moved to a different position. Another 3hrs later and I was all moved in! I’d started my day with a huge amount of anxiety over whether I’d done enough to prepare and label boxes etc but within a few minutes of their arrival my mind was put at ease. All the guys were very polite, checked in with me on anything they needed to take/leave throughout and worked incredibly hard. A couple of days after moving in I realised a couple of framed pictures were missing so I called and emailed them and this was found and returned within the week. I’m so glad I hired them- I barely lifted a finger all day!

Jul 04,2022The walk round assessor was very nice. He was polite and considerate. And was the reason, in the end, we decided to go with these removers. Good Customer Service. Also we did know of some of the people who had given reviews ....... Day of move, one small van arrived and the comment was we had not shown everything we were moving In fact it was less than we had said we thought we would move 2nd van ordered In the middle of day one we found out our buyer was not ready to complete Furniture went into storage Agreed to deliver back at original property or new address 2 days time as they had no space next day to accomodate this Time was agreed, but a phone call explained due to traffic they would be over an hour late. Traffice didn't seem that bad at that time. everyone was surprised and then later the manager called asking if the move had finsish so they didn't know about the delay When they did arrive it was four people who at times thought the whole thing was a game, not as professional as the first crew when leaving our home There were items missing which we were told had been delivered but since have been found and delivered However since the delivery (end of April) we have tried to contact the company re the items that have been damaged and broken 'it is one of those things' is the comment from one person we managed to speak to One of the dining room chairs according to repair specialist can't be repaired as it had been dropped on the leg. AND to add insult someone between collection and delivery had tried to poorly mend the chair and not tell us. Perhaps the reason for the delay as reported and not the traffic These chairs are not made anymore according to the supplier Then there was the box of Denby china that was half broken, pictures sent with no comment recieved and the kitchen chair that looked as if some one had stood on the spire of the chair and snapped it And the large wooden chair that the arm moves slightly The back of the wardrobe is damaged Another dining chair has been put against the garden chair and paint is on the wood of the dining chair Not even a sorry ....... So considering how many times we have moved over the years, across the sea as well as over land I would rate this move as the worst we have had! Another strange thing was the demanding of money to be paid before they would leave the premises, And as our mobile signal did not work being taken to a place were the signal did work. I would have preferred to use a bank transfer It is regretful that we have had to resort to using this media to contact the company when a conversation and good customer service would have easily resulted in some resolve, Lack of their communication with us makes us question if indeed they are insured and if our items were insured. So no I can't recommend although to be fair the people on the orginal move day were considerate

Aug 18,2021This is the second time I have used RP Removals and I have been delighted with the service once again. This time at very short notice too. They are reliable, priced very well and they moved my animals, 9 ferrets, a squirrel and a snake, as well as my home. We had car trouble and were a bit late getting to the other side and it was no issue at all. 5 star service all the way.

Jul 24,2021We have used RP Removals three tines in one month now. Absolutely brilliant removals team, staff ever so friendly, helpful and careful in moving things. They don't rush, take their own time to wrap things and move carefully to protect furniture, glass or anything. Even if we ask them to, they won't cut corners. Jul 01,2021We just can’t rate this company highly enough.The team sent on the day were polite, organised and very efficient and it’s wholly thanks to them that moving day was not the total disaster the solicitors were trying so hard to make it into. If we could ever bring ourselves to face moving again we just wouldn’t look anywhere else. We would recommend them to our own family and friends without hesitation. Good job Guys, you certainly saved the day for us!!

Jun 16,2021Nothing was too much trouble for them. Arrived at our house to start Ioading the van but due to problems at the beginning of the chain they had to wait outside for 20 mins - no complaints. They were efficient, polite and respectful. They arrived at our new house before us and waited for us again no fuss. They went the extra mile to ensure furniture was where we wanted it. We would thoroughly recommend them. Their price was competitive with other companies.

May 16,2021Top class removal service!! Edward turned up on time and was extremely professional, helpful and patient! He parked everything into the the van carefully in less than an hour and drove 120 miles to our new flat. When the items were were delivered at our new place, there was not a single scratch on any of them. Top guy, top service and will definitely use them again for our next move.

Jan 14,2021Very very helpful! If you want peace of mind, book them. We had some difficulties with our chain and they were so accommodating and tried so hard to juggle things for us. On packing, they were extremely thorough and helpful. We haven't finished unpacking yet but this company packed so efficiently and were checking everything that was moving with us, they even came to pack on a Sunday! On arrival at our new home they checked where everything was going, to the point where they'd try to place it in the right part of the room. They barely stopped working! Thank you all so much for making a very tough experience run as smoothly as possible. If you book them you can be reassured of a professional and efficient job.
