Feb 28,2025When I received my trainers they came with a personalised note which was a lovely touch. More recently though my shoes became faulty. Run north west answered my call, they replied to my email and exchanged my trainers within a day or two of sending my faulty ones back! Top class service

Feb 28,2025Initially the service was great, customer support were really helpful in me getting a bigger size than the original order I made, but then there was a problem with one of the shoes and I don't feel like appropriate help was given. I'd only work then a few times and a chunk was coming out of the sole, so I emailed picture to see if I could get an exchange and was told no, because apparently Saucony trainers are delicate and can easily catch on equipment in the gym. I've ended up going to Saucony direct and they've very quickly organised a replacement pair to be sent to me as they agreed that shouldn't be happening when they're so new.
