But it's the small things that count and set them apart - the personalised 'Enjoy your shoes....' note and mini tube of love hearts are minor things but make all the difference. Although another pair of my everyday runners are not yet at max mileage, given the service I received, I have just ordered a replacement pair from them that will stay in the box until I need them. Great company! Keep doing what you're doing, I much prefer to receive service and products from a company such as RNW over the "big boys" any day 😃
