Jan 12,2025Followed a Google link for a gel nimbus, took me to a gel cumulus page in basically the same colour way. I went ahead and made the purchase (my mistake). I spotted it the next day and asked to cancel the order but they had apparently already shipped so I had to return them without even opening them. Return process was straightforward but costs £3.

Jan 12,2025Fantastic customer service and experience. I have been using Saucony running shoes for past 2 decades, especially the triumph as they cater for a narrower foot. Unfortunately, Saucony had released an updated version with much wider base and toe box meaning the shoes fit terribly. I ordered my usual size 7, but they were huge! Luckily, I live close to the Run North West store and so exchanged for a size 6.5, which I have tried in the store and they fit really well, just like the predecessor pair. The staff were very helpful in choosing the right shoe. Just to note, the original delivery arrived with a handwritten “thank you for your order” note and a couple of live hearts sweets packets. How lovely, something so simple yet effective in making the customer feel appreciated 🤩😊

They also hand write me a note with a discount code on it but I lost it. Would love to find it as I’m about to purchase me second pair from yourselves and would love that discount lol but thank you again
