Feb 24,2025Superb customer service. I didn’t care for the quality of the white hoodie because it left fur/lint on the black pants but they didn’t have white in the better quality. I contacted them to let them know my experience and had I known I would have purchased the black hoodies. My event was in 2 days and to my surprise, customer service sent black hoodies overnight! I am still giving 5 stars but will recommended spending a little more on the premium hoodie. The black hoodie left fur/lint (not sure what to call it 🤔) on my white T underneath so I couldn’t take it off. I’m still very satisfied!
