Nov 23,2024We ordered a sample shirt to see the quality and the print before we ordered in bulk. The sample was perfect. However, when we ordered in bulk they printed the bulk shirts differently then how the sample was printed so it did not look the same and the colors were off. There was no explanation for this and when we called to complain they did nothing

Nov 22,2024Design was easy to do and easy to customize. Printing was fast, and better than I expected; honestly I had low expectations. The hoodie was far thinner and lower quality than I was expecting- which was disappointing.

Nov 22,2024The team reviewed my order in which I had additional printed area request not included in the quote. After the review, the team decided to waive the fee for this additional print location. I do appreciate this gesture as my order was already big and the extra charge would put another burden on my budget. I call it a great customer support and I feel a very valued customer!

Especially making sure the art is setup properly for the type of shirt fabric and the quantity produced to make sure the colors align with what the design is supposed to look like! The shirts I have printed have been received very well by my clients. I definitely would recommend using them for your needs.

Nov 23,2024For order 2557952, I ordered 11 jackets with embroidery on the front & print on the back. They look great & everyone loves them. My only 2 things I would change: - The inside of the jacket is black, and the backing used for the embroidery was white, so it sticks out like a sore thumb! Would've been great if a black backing was used, help it blend in. - One of the jackets was a 2XL, but the design on the back was kept the same size, so it looks completely out of proportion compared to the others, Would've been great if it was adjusted to the same relative size so it looked more in proportion/scale.
