Aug 03,202411:10 pm. STILL NO EMAIL. How can I respond to an email that was either not sent to me (& lied to me here publicly), or sent to the wrong email??? Still waiting!!! ****** Update to Josh. 10:44 pm central. I have NO email in my inbox, no phone message or missed call! Exactly how & when did you supposedly reach out to me? There is NOTHING & no response!!! I’ve checked junk folders, our business information & nothing. Please help me understand how I can respond to an email that has not been sent or received in our inbox?? Even more unbelievable!! ***** If I could give a -5 star review, I would!!!! So incredibly disappointed and upset! Spent nearly $1000 to get new shirts for our company to wear our big annual event that starts in 3 days… put in a new design, approved it, even our confirmation email shows pictures with the new design… , and yet what do they do? They send us shirts with an old design despite that! Now we don’t have time to reprint our shirts that show our new business information. What a waste of time and money & these shirts are USELESS! Today I begged / pleaded for some kind of real follow up, a phone call, anything, and what did I get? I got an email directing me to the policy for reprints and refunds. UnFREAKINGbelievable!!!! no follow up phone call, no apology, nothing! Oh, but they want to turn it over to their quality team to do an internal review. That helps with NOTHING when we have to have these shirts in three days! Absolutely unbelievable!!!!!!!

Jul 30,2024They got the print wrong. I reached out to them and was told that their executive care support person would reach out to me within 24 hours. It never happened. We ended up having to wear the faulty tees. Reached out again some time later. Was able to speak with one of the senior customer care rep, Laura. She was very helpful and gave us a credit for future order. Thank you.

The creating and ordering processes were almost too easy, the price was right, and I got the item much quicker than expected. Quality was excellent and they handled my challenging design with amazing results. I had many gradations and other details that were reproduced in fine detail. And their name perfectly describes what they can do. You set the timeline and your treasured clothing WILL arrive on time. Bravo! You have a lifelong customer now. Jul 27,2024The tri-blend shirts are high quality and so soft. The printing is also soft and not that thick rubbery feel. My only issue is I wish I could put the design type a little bit higher on the shirt, a little closer to the neck. But otherwise 5 stars across the board.

RushOrderTees was one of the only companies to offer the color/style combo that my daughter wanted, which is why we went with them. I'd re-order the shirt, but don't really want to spend that much again just to size up.
