Jun 21,2024I ordered 7 shirts and paid for rush delivery. (725$ total) The shirts didn't arrive when promised. When I called customer service they told me they could get them to me 4 days later but that I would have to pay an additional fee!! I confirmed with the Rep that she could see that I paid for rush delivery. The customer service Rep stated that she could, and then told me this happened all the time. When I asked if she could actually guarantee the shirts would arrive 4 days later, she said, no. I canceled the order.

Jun 19,2024Communicating through live chat with a real person to help with my questions was very easy. I ordered 12 shirts for our team and when they came I was initially disappointed because one of the designs was improperly placed. I contacted customer support and the representative researched my project, saw that the production team had made an error, and without any resistance or attitude sent me 12 perfect new shirts. That kind of customer service isn't common and is so appreciated. Thank you RushOrderTees - I will use you again!

Jun 17,2024Great T-Shirt to Start a Conversation I ordered this shirt for an upcoming cruise. I'm a solo traveler and the design is just what I wanted. I added a rush so I could get the shirt 2 days before I need to leave for my cruise. What to my surprise but it came a week early. The shirt is lightweight—good for the Caribbean. The printing is good quality. I would definitely do business with Rushordertees again.

Unfortunately the color I wanted was out of stock and she assisted me with my product...changing colors and looking at other tank top available. She was patient with me and we picked the perfect option available. This was super important because it is my 50th BDAY celebration and I could hear her excitement for me and expedited the shipping! Jun 13,2024I ordered one print to test the quality. It was an expensive test at almost 50 dollars, but nonetheless. The process was simple; the shipping was reliable. But the quality of the print is awful. I think my design is a simple heat transfer, not a silk screen job, as I was led to understand. I could have paid a friend with a Criquet machine half of what I payed if I wanted my shirt to look DIY. I am going to try to get a refund. This shirt was not worth the money I paid.
