Feb 26,2024Shirts weren’t delivered, but they say delivered. I was directed to the Chat and no one would respond on the chat. This my first experience I thought I’d give a different company a try. Hoping they fix this and fast because I needed the shirts for an event. Update: Rushorder tees made it up to me by resending the order and when it arrived the shirts were better than I could have hoped for. Thank you!

Feb 24,2024Found RushOrderTees with a Google search. Took me 15 min without experience to design some great looking hoodies for my family. Very easy to create! A lot of options. I like that I get to proof the final design before production. Very fast delivery. Sized right. Looks professionally designed and produced. Love the handwritten thank you note on the box. Was going to be a one-time purchase but will be back again. Fun process!

Feb 22,2024First time using the site, and I received a email saying that I put cover art on the front and back of my sleeve. I was then told that I would be waived the fee as a courtesy, and I greatly appreciate it. Even though you guys couldn’t do the back cover art I’m still appreciative of what you could do with the front sleeves. Overall, I’m a satisfied customer and will be coming back to print more shirts. Thank you.

I ordered a Long Sleeved A4 Moisture Wicking T Shirt in a Pastel Mint. The Printing and Photo came out better than I had hoped for. I am very pleased with this product so far.

Feb 20,2024I was going to order from Etsy. They said they could do the design and ship within a month. She was going to email me the design to approve. Never heard from her so I contacted her, and she told me they couldn't do it because their graphic designer would not be available for 2 months. Didn't even bother to notify me. I found Rush Order Tees, did the design on their website and had the shirts within 3 weeks. Love the comfort color Tees and they had a huge variety of colors. Feb 19,2024***updated 05 MAR 24*** *The VP of Sales contacted us directly and has/is taking the necessary steps to correct these issues as best as possible (only say this because the problems caused situations to our business at the times which cannot be fixed, however he has done what he could to alleviate things from the past the best he could & has taken preemptive steps to ensure that the issues from the past do not occur again in the future). ________________ 3rd time in less than 10 orders that they are, at their own failure, going to not deliver ontime after we've paid between $34 & $120 extra for their so called "guaranteed deliver by date". Their website however falsely claims "We NEVER fail to hit a guaranteed deliver by date". They also have major issues with their customer service reps who have on multiple occasions by multiple reps, completey lied to us by giving us false guarantees and promises along with misinformation. Their website as well has major problems with their inventory & their design program as it numerous times will allow you to order items only to have them contact you either days later stating item is out of stock, if they even contact you at all as on one occasion, we were never contacted nor told this until nearly 2 weeks later, 2 days before the guaranteed deliver by date we'd purchased & had to pay nearly $30 each for the same 3 items being delivered, only when we called them ourselves were we ever told ANYTHING about them being out of stock because they never bothered to contact us to notify us despite having had 2 weeks to do so. Then they lied & said they were going to add a big promotional credit to our account that would only show up when we went to pay on their website for our next order, less than 30 days later when we placed another order, not only did no promotional credit appear on the website, when we called their customer service to ask them about it, they said they could not find anything in their notes about anyone giving us or promising us a promotional credit for their major screw up on the last order & not bothering to notify us until we contacted them. The items you do buy, the screen printing only lasts less than 10 - 15 washes before it begins to fade or peel off. And with the exorbitant prices they charge for their items & services, to only get 3 or 4 months of wear out of them is pretty sad & pathetic.
