Jun 04,2022Not many things you buy nowadays FAR exceeds your expectations however the Samui set we purchased from Sabai Living most definitely did!!! Absolutely superb quality and stunning furniture. Website is great but pictures certainly don't do the items justice. It's always a bit daunting buying expensive items online without seeing but there is no need to worry with this company. Even the way all the items are packaged is great, you could tell straight away it was going to be quality. The furniture and cushions are the best we'd seen by far after visiting lots of different places when we were looking. We went for the rise and fall table which again is superb and the fact it is gas lift makes it super easy to have at different heights. As far as the customer service was, again absolutely superb from beginning to end. Really easy to choose combination of your choice and great communication and delivery service once ordered (I have no idea what Wavylines review on here is all about!!!). We dealt with Shelley & Claire who where both fantastic, thank you. I'm not one for leaving reviews but felt need to with this as I know how long we looked for the right comfort, quality and looks in our garden furniture so hope this helps anyone who may be considering this brand. You will not be disappointed.

Jun 03,2022Excellent customer service. A speedy response to an, albeit, minor issue. Furniture delivered on the agreed date. Really good quality and well built furniture. Cushions are well made, with good depth. The items delivered were extremely well packaged with lots of cardboard to dispose of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sabai Living.

May 28,2022I had been looking for garden furniture for ages and stumbled across this gem of a company by accident, but what a find! Exceptional on every level. The quality of the furniture is amazing and such good value. Sales knew their stuff and answered all questions. You are not stuck with sets, you decide combination of furniture you want. Delivery was great, exceptionally helpful, put everything together placed it where required and took all packaging away with them. I would happily recommend this company to anyone and now wouldn't consider going anywhere else for garden furniture. Thanks to all with a special thank you to Terry.

Honestly I have rang twice during your 'opening hours' & you have kept me waiting on the phone for quite a while telling me I'm in a queue, then you tell me I'm next in queue and after a while you then tell me no ones available leave a message, after which your answer machine cuts in. Why don't you just switch your answer phone on or post a message stating not available straight away rather than wasting peoples time & money. I simply wanted more info on your product & was interested in possibly purchasing...... not an inspiring start I must say!

May 20,2022My garden furniture arrived this morning, and i couldn't be more delighted.the quality and looks are second to none. I have looked everywhere for the past 3 months , and nothing compares to sabai living products,and the 8 year warranty... i would also like to say a massive thankyou to shelly; terry and maddie who were excellent in all communications.

May 16,2022Bay studio called Friday purchased a garden set .Delivered Saturday morning 2 great deliver men friendly set up furniture took all the boxes etc away very efficient serve .Really happy with the quality value for money would highly recommend .I did have a query with parasol emailed and had a quick reply followed by a phone call problem solved .Thanks guys .

May 15,2022I called in to this outlet after a friend recommended them. I've been looking for replacement garden furniture for a few weeks and was amazed at the sheer value and range of items on offer. The staff were exceptionally helpful and I'd happily refer people to go and take a look!

May 09,2022Well what an amazing find today ! Visited the Swansea store located in the bay studios and was very happy with the service and knowledge from the sales staff . I chose a corner unit but wanted a rise and fall table as opposed to a coffee table and it was no problem, was able to change to what I wanted with ease. Delivery arranged for next Monday and the delivery man will unpack and position the furniture where we want and will take all packaging away. Looking forward to receiving my order.

May 02,2022I dont normally write reviews but im so impressed with Sabai Living i thought they deserve some well earned praise. I decided i would treat myself to some new garden furniture after a lot of searching i was beginning to lose hope as a lot of firms stock is flatpack which is not what i was looking for, so unless i was wlling to pay through the nose i was beginning to lose hope untill i came across Sabai Living . They have just what i was looking for, very good quality at a reasonable price. Everything is delivered as seen and the drivers even dispose of the packaging for you and to round it off they give an eight year guarantee, what is there to think about. Cant praise them enough, thank you

May 01,2022Couldn’t believe the price compared to a lot of other sites I was looking at. I had a set from another company delivered to me and it wasn’t like the pictures at all (small, light and bad quality) and I had to put it together myself!! This company did me a FaceTime from their warehouse which helped my decision. I’ve now took delivery in time for bank holiday weekend and super happy! Ended up returning my other set, saving money, and being so much happier with my chunky set 🙂 Thanks to Shelly for all her help on the phone and baring with my indecisiveness because of my bad experience previously. I’ll be back for a parasol soon!

Jun 09,2022I cannot praise this Company enough, you only find out how good a Company is when something goes wrong. They had a problem with their delivery Firm who were not going to delivery my furniture on time, the Director Terry telephoned me to apologies and explain the situation and asked me to give him a couple of hours to rearrange a delivery Company, my furniture was shipped up North it arrived 8am on the agreed day. The quality of the furniture is outstanding I would highly recommend Sabai Living, Claire in Customer service was very helpful explaining in detail about the furniture and quality, you will not be disappointed if you purchase your furniture from Sabai.
