Oct 11,2024We have been using SabeeApp for years and we're completely satisfied with it. Its user-friendly interface makes it effortless for our staff and newbies to learn and then use it daily. Thanks to its solutions, it is easy for guests to check in and for reception to scan their IDs to comply with legal Hungarian obligations. Furthermore, with the mobile applications the communication between teams became smoother and everyone knows when and what to do. I can 100% recommend it, I think it's a great PMS software for apartments.

May 07,2024Totál amatőr az ügyfélszolgálatuk, rengeteg gondot okoztak nekünk, sosem veszik fel a telefont, emailekre nem válaszolnak. Mi kínlódtunk a rendszer felallitasaval, ami mint kiderult alkalmatlan lakásüzemeltetőknek. Egy hotelnek talán jó maga a szoftver, de mivel elérhetetlen az ügyfélszolgálatuk, nem szabad velük szerződni. Csak addig kommunikálnak lelkesen, amíg a pénzt meg nem kapják. Vegul telefonok es emailezes utan kartalanitottak, visszautaltak a penzt, ezert most szerkesztettem ezt a reviewt es ezzel kiegeszitettem. Persze a rengeteg elvesztett idoert nem lehet minket kartalanitani..

I can view all my bookings from every sales channel in one place, manage guest invoices and payments, and it also makes it easier to fulfill data reporting obligations to the authorities. The customer service team is very helpful and professional whenever I have a question.
