Oct 26,2024Everything went wrong. In February 2024 the technician visited my premises. In July 2024 the technician said he had bowel operations. Such a big company they could not send another technician. In August I rang them . The technician came he installed some trapping. He said help will be back next week he doesn’t come In October I rang all the people on the telephone were not listening Finally the sent the technician he was warning staff. He left the shop without any work done. He used abusive language but we didn’t respond
