It's great to work with a digital agency that understands our needs instantly, and works towards our targets effectively in the background without the need for our constant input. Would throughly recommend them

Sep 23,2021Salesfire have been great for us in our time working together. It has been a couple of years now we have used them and they have never let us feel alone in our journey to grow our website. They have always been on hand to help and their support has always been pretty instant. We currently use the search engine, and the prompts, which have helped us increase revenue massively. In the past we have used the overlays which generated some great results for us at quieter times of the year or special occasions such as Black Friday's. Sophie our account manager, is an extra bonus! I could not ask for anybody better, she is so friendly, and best of all, actually helpful with anything we need.

We have seen an increase in conversions and ROI within the first 6 months of using the overlay and prompts function. Big shout out to Sophie our account manager and Andy the development manager - they have been in constant communication and extra patient with us, always readily available to help and answer all our questions. Really positive experience !

Jan 24,2021Reply TWO After speaking to James from Salesfire he has now solved my issues which I am very happy with. It's a shame this could not have been done from the start. Regards Acotis Promised the world delivered nothing !! Make sure you check that the system works before signing up to their contract, wasted 3 months fighting with them due to THEIR search bar not working. Kept blaming the website and did not assist or shoulder any of the blame. Not great value for money and will not renew the contract or use again in the future. Have already served notice. Acotis

Nov 06,2020Not great value for money most / all features can be done with free plug ins rolling contracts to lock.you in poor ROI features come out and want to charge you a fortune till you want to cancel then magicly free.
